2. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1. Information You Provide. When you decide to register as a Member, You will be asked to provide information such as Your name, user name, password, e-mail address, gender, and you may have the option of adding a picture, religion, interests or other information. We may collect and store any Personal Information You enter through the Services.
2. Information Collected Automatically.When you use the Services, we store Your IP address and monitor Your activity. Emails You Send to Prayertree.When You send an email to Prayertree, either through the “Contact Us” area of the Site or otherwise, Prayertree may retain Your email address and the contents of the email You send. This Privacy Policy does not apply to content, business information, ideas, concepts or inventions that You send to Prayertree by email. 4. WITH WHOM WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION.

Sale or Transfer of Information.In the event of a sale, merger, liquidation, dissolution, or sale or transfer of substantially all of the assets of Prayertree, Personal Information and/or other information collected about You from the Services may be sold, assigned, or transferred to the party acquiring all or a substantial part of the equity and/or assets of Prayertree in order to permit the party to continue the operation of the Services. Subject to Your ability to opt-out, by using the Services and submitting Your information to us, You consent to the sale and transfer of Your information as described in this paragraph. Except as described above, we will not disclose Your Personal Information to other third parties unless You have provided consent.
5. Advertising Partners and Other Third Parties. We may share aggregated, Non-Personally Identifiable Information publicly and with our partners—for example advertisers or connected websites. Prayertree respects the privacy of Your Personal Information. If You tell us that You do not wish to have this information used as a basis for further contact with You, we will respect Your wishes (except to the extent we need to communicate with You about closing Your account with us). You can also choose not to provide us with certain information, but that may result in Your being unable to use certain features of the Services. However, we may continue to contact You to provide service to Your account.
